Social media, the risks and benefits for young people
Our STIR consortium gained support from the Erasmus+ European subsidy platform to develop a guideline for proper use of social media by young people. It is being co-created by the young people themselves, youth workers and other professionals from various countries. The project relates to the core human values of Sustainocracy from a health and safety point of view, and also developing awareness and our shared responsibility to care for each other, especially our youngest and up-growing generations for the risks and opportunities of such media.
Soon we will issue a survey among our young generations to respond about their use of and experiences with social media. We engage with youth workers, schools and communities that wish to participate in the project, which runs for the major part of 2023 for its development and . Podcast about 2022 and preview of 2023 from the perspective of our shared responsibilities for our essential values for sustainable human evolution.
With gratitude to Rara Radio in Eindhoven and all our partners in the diversity of clusters of attention within Sustainocracy we could make this podcast about our progress in 2022 and initiatives for 2023.
2023 We do it together
Prices are sky rocketing everywhere. This is the consequence of our dependence on political and financial structures. We need to take back our responsibilities for the fulfilment of our basic needs.Instead of dealing with the needs as commodities we need to see them as shared responsibilities. Our food, energie, water, air, health and safety are in our own hands. Care for each other and our environment is essential for our sustainable development and shared wellness. Also organizations that develop into 4 x WIN are solid partners in such environment of shared responsibilities for our common good.
Like this Healthy & Happy New Year become a commitment rather than a wish.
