International Women Peace Group and Sustainocracy

During our online Peace and Progress session we met Kelli Guess, a young woman engaged in the IWPG initiative that originated in South Korea. It now has 200 branches around the world and focuses on engaging women for peace. This community is a great platform to expand also Sustainocracy. With the branch in Los Angeles (America) a dialogue is started to make this happen.

The 5 PEACE presentations during our first online community gathering

With the objective to create worldwide STIR PEACE communities that work together and core human values for local wellness and resilience we invited the first PEACE professionals to show their activities. After introducing Sustainocracy as a viable Peace for Progress society model we recorded the presentations separately so you can enjoy each of them by themselves:

1. Uduaki-Abasi Akpabo from Nigeria about the art competition and the 3 winners

2. Sculpturist and top athlete Donald Brown from the U.K. talks about sport and art for Peace

3. Taylor O’Connor about People Building Peace

4. Kelli Guess of the International Women’s Peace Group presented 3 laws for Peace

You can download her presentation here. It states 3 overarching values and 10 articles.

5. Eugen Oetringer about the Law’s of Nature Manifesto

Meet Eugen Oetringer, also speaker during our online PEACE cocreation event

Eugen Oetringer

Eugen is passionate about organizational processes that avoid crises, bottlenecks or collapse which would make life impossible for many people. Not a very peaceful thought. He works on the the Law of Nature Manifesto, an instrument for organizations to help them overcome their potential tipping points by applying for instance “flatten the curve” practices. Similar processes are possible in society as a whole with lasting PEACE as a consequence. He will share his views with us on the 25th of January during our online PEACE dialogue.
