Every week we deal with a topic within the society format of Sustainocracy, the core natural human values driven democracy. We do this to help people get acquainted with this format and its way of cocreative working on our sustainable wellness.
Meet Otti Vogt, the person who is “Igniting the Human Spark to Build Better Businesses & Sustainable Futures”. I was introduced to Otti because of the concept of “leadership”, a word that calls for many interpretations and confusion.

Within Sustainocracy we deal with our version of leadership, one that involves us all. This is the consequence of 21st century awareness and corresponding choices we invite people and institutions to take. Otti writes articles about his own personal experiences and was recently seen as part of the top 20 influencers of a LinkedIn community.
Otti offered to present his views and open up the dialogue with me and you about the aspect of leadership and sustainable futures. Can we come to agreement on the unique challenges the 21st century has brought us individually and all institutions involved?
Although the world is facing common issues and problems to deal with, why not so many leaders around the globe join to a mutual and common active partnership where the universal interests are above all in the first priority?
Everyone is a leader! so learning to be a good one for the 21st century is pretty important. Otti is worth listening to.
Thank you very much, John!! Here’s also the piece I published as food for thought for our session – https://medium.com/me/stats/post/92d9e83d6b2a
